my sister is going through devorce case filed by her husband.......its only a year passed of her marriege........presently councelling is in progress......... we are trying to resolve the issue by mutual understanding ........but want to know further if we want to transfer the case in other state .......what is the process for this & time duration .

you can get the case transferred by filing a transfer petition in the SC if the case needs to be transferred from one state to another and if the case needs to be transferred in the same state, then it needs to be filed in the high court of that state.
