My sister wants to get divorced, but her spouse is not ready for it. We have tried multiple attempts of mutual consent Divorce but her husband denies.
They are living separately for almost 2 Years now. They have 9 years old daughter.
Both of them are working. My sister works in private firm and earns around Rs.6000/- per month while her husband is driver and earns Rs.13,000/- Per month. His family background is uneducated and low financial stability.
Both families are Hindu.
What is the best possible option for getting divorce asap ?

1) If one spouse files divorce petition, the other will contest and will take many years.
2) Let ur sister first file RCR followed by DV case and claim maintenance.
3) Naturally he will come forward for divorce.
4) Also if wife files, the husband will deny maintenance and alimony.
