Legal Question in Family Law in India

my sister has file a498a case against her husband and her in laws.but her husband is absconding .and we came to know that he is in Canada as he was having a pr of Canada,,my sister have been to canda with her family(husband &two;kids)a year ago and she went there to accept her immigiration...she stayed there for 20 days and came back after filing a PR .right now she doesn't have any of her documents with her all of her belongings including her passport and certificates r in her husbands cutody...plsss advice what she can do .

dear client she can apply to the court that court should send warrant through embassy to her husband as well as she can demand her passport and certificates also by applying in the court. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
