Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello, My sister is a govt. teacher and has a 6 year old daughter in her 10 years married life. Her husband is also govt. teacher but is not taking any responsibility of my sister and their daughter. On thorough questioning he outbursts that he never had intended to take their responsibility. He being a saddist, introvert and an irresponsible person my sister and her daughter are suffering now. Please suggest how could this person be brought to terms. Thanks in anticipation of your just suggestion.

dear client she can file case of maintenance for girl against the husband under section 125 of criminal procedure code. she can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. if she wish she can file case of divorce on the ground of cruelty. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
