Legal Question in Family Law in India

i would like to know for my sister. her husband and her mother in laws are mentally torturing her for the last one year and even they neither allow her to go her mothers home nor allow her to call her mother. Now she is depeely distressed and not willing to spend rest of life with those guys. could u please give me information how can we register case against them and we spend nearly 8 lakhs for her marriage, so is there any provision in the law to get those money back... she is having two child of 2.5 years and 1 year, these childs should be under whose custody as per the law and the childs expenses who should bear?.... her husband is having his own house so whether my sis can get any part of that property after divorse...please can any one reply to me as per indain law

Dear client yr sister can file dowry harassment complaint under sec 498 a with police against husband and his mother. Yr sister can recover marriage expenses by filling case under domestic violence act for mental harassment. Yr sister can ask maintenance for her and childs by filling case under sec 125. She can also ask divorce on the ground of mental cruelty. For any legal help call me on 9422611385

She have right to go for D .V, or and divorce on cruelty ground, she may claim maintenance for her self and child
