my sister is no more and my jijaji is get marriage after this incidence. there are two child one girl and one boy are from my sister side now new mother of them is harass them beating give old cloths not gives food and force to work in his own mother(second marriage women mother) where child father is a government office but he is not taking care of this two little angel. what judicial can do for these child in terms of safety and future prospective education expenses.
i have a dough that second mother can sold this gilr. please guide me what can i do

OR you may approach police on behalf of children to file complaint of harassment at the hands of parents.
