am looking for my sister legal divorce advice, for more than 2yrs my sis is stay with parents regarding husbands family issues, we were planning to apply divorce have doubt, my sis have 2 male kids if we apply for an divorce we should give 1male to his father? plz give me an answer

It depends on circumstances. Father being natural guardian can claim custody of both children. Even if your sister does not file divorce even then her husband can claim custody . Explore possibility of mutual divorce. Sidharth 9811776422
