Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My sister got married in 2012, now she has a daughter who is 3 years old . Her husband is Canadian national, since that to now he came Pakistan many times but met her two times he also not receiving her call and never send her any money to meet her daily needs. A very special thing is that, He got married with other girls and divorced them. Please help me how we can take any action against him.

your sister can file suit for recovery of maintenance for herself and for younger daughter.

1. File a suit for maintenance for wife and daughter against the husband.
2. File a suit for dissolution of marriage, should she wish to terminate the marriage.
Both cases will be filed in the family court of the city where wife resides.
