my sister is married since 2011 and has decided to divorce by mutual consent. she has no issues. what amount of alimony she can claim.What is the usual rule for grant of alimony. she is an engineer and is not working currently

Madam the permanent aliomny also depends on what the husband is earning, what assets and liabilities he has and even the income, assets and liabilities of wife are considered and permanent aliomny is decided.
