Legal Question in Family Law in India

My sister had married in 2000 and have to doughter. One is 9 year old and other is about 1 year old. Her husband is govrment employee in education departmnet (teacher). He is alcoholic and care about family. Financial condition is also not much good. Admitted to rhablitaion center many of time but condition remain same.

Can my sister dimand for shair in salary of her husband according to law. She don't want to go for other police case agent him. Can she claim for mony because girls also need care and education in future.

Any type of suggestion about the situation.

She can file a maintance petition under section 125 of CrPC fr herself and also on behalf of her two minor daughters.
