Legal Question in Family Law in India

My sister got married with her husband 12 years back without consent of my parents. she has 2 children. Her Husband and her family physically and mentally harassed her from very long time in such a way that she lost her emotions and became mentally depressed. Six months before her Brother-in-Law came with her and said she wanted to live sometime with her parents and leave her at my home

She always remains calm and never speak to anybody. Both children are leaving with her Husband. But now a days we have listen from someday that her husband got married with another woman. When we insisted our sister to speak something , she said her husband get her signed a blank paper with her.

Please advise what we should do, and what are our legal status in this case.

second marriage during subsistence of first marriage may amount to bigamy.
