Legal Question in Family Law in India

my sister got married on 26-may-2013. & my sister's spouse started beating just after the marriage & so now she is living with us from

september 2013. the mistake the deliberate mistake that my father did was he choose to go with society norms & did not file a DV case against her husband. later in april 2014 our lawyer filed for separate living from our side......plz sir tell me now what can i do to help my sister the best !

dear client u can ask maintenance for yr sister by filling case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code against her husband. she can also file dowry harassment complaint against husband with police under sec 498 a. for any legal help call me
