Legal Question in Family Law in India

My sister is married and she is doing mentally harassment to me and my wife. she also says with convince misunderstandly to my father and mother against me and want to discount my relationship with my parents for collecting of my father�s large amount money and treasure (house). i am also married and i have a son 3 yers. i work in a private company. my financial condition is very poor. my support was my parents but now they are discontinue to me and they do not help me.

so, please give me proper solution.

as the property belong to your parents, there is nothing you or your sister can do. your parents can give the property to anyone they like.
