we found 2 3 days back he already married
he have wife and 1 son
what can we do

you can file criminal complaint for cheating, bigamy against husband. Also, you may file a civil suit for declaration of the marriage as null and void.

the second marriage is null and void ab initio so the declaration may not be required unless the marriage is registered.
