My sister got married 15 years back under hindu customs & laws. her husband filled a matrimonial case for divorce after 2 years of marriage on ground of cruelty. the case is going on & presently on argument in lower court. my sister is getting interim maintenance from his salary by the order of h'nble high court. my sister is living with me since her husband filled for divorce. can her husband get second marriage without taking legal divorce from my sister on any ground ? i have some evidence regarding his second marriage. what legal steps should i take to punish him ? please advice us.

Dear client if her husband marry for second time without court divorce then yr sister can file case of bigamy against her husband and her husband will punish up to five years jail. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
