My sister is being tortured verbally and physically once. Her husband uses very abusive language and intimidates her that she will face consequences if she raises her voice against him.she is afraid that if she files divorce then she could lose her daughter(5 months) as her husband has some high connections. What should we do?

Dear client yr sister have to first file complaint with women call of police against husband. Then she have to file domestic violence case against husband and his family in court. Then she have to file divorce on the ground of cruelty. Custody of daughter always remain with mother. For any legal help call me
