Me and my sister, we both are unmarried, i am employed as a lecturer in a private university, my sister unemployed, since my mother died, its been 6 month my father showing us rude behaviour. He intentionally take charge of whole house, take the papers of whole rented 05 storeyed building and enjoy whole rented money by himself. He did not take responsibilities of my sister like he did with my mother. As a brother I took the whole responsibilities of my sister. Now at that situation, we want asset dividation from my father. Is it possible? My sister almost suicidal condition because of his torture. Need your advice, please

Does the house belong to your father? If it does, then you can not claim division of property. You can only go to court and claim maintenance of your sister if she is not adult. If your mother belonged the house, in that case, you and your sister can claim part of that house as her heirs.
Further, you can call the police when your father tortures your sister.
