Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My sister`s husband divorced her after 13 years in 2013 she has 5 minors

1-Baby 16 years old (Abnormal)

2-Baby 13 years old

3-Boy 9 years old

4-Boy 8 years old

5-Baby 4 years old

Father married twice after few months of divorce, minors 2 to 4 were with father during 2015/2016, when they came to meet with mother, they complained that stepmother beat us and force to work at home in absence of father then mother decide not return back minors to father after that father filed case G/W for minors custody,

With stepmother and father, salary is 16000 only and heart patient too spent all salary in medicine

Can we Win the Case?
