My name is Siya Pandey. I am a 32 years old married woman. meri shadi ko 8 years ho gaye. Mere Husmand ko Drink lene kee aadat hai Sath hee wah koi fix job bhi nahi karate hai. Isi vajah se we jhuthe aur beimaan bhi hai. ek jagah fix naukari na hone ke karan 2 varshon tak mai job kar ghar chalati thi parantu unke shaki mijaj aur domestic voilence ke karan 2 year 6 months ke baad mai apane mayake aakr rahane lagi. yahan mai ek job kar apanaa kharach chalati hun. lagabhag 6 varshon se aisa hi chal rahaa hai. Is bich wo sirf 25 hajar rupaye hee diya hain.

Ab main unse divorce lena chahati hun. parantu mere husband ka kahana hai ki wo apane property men se kuchh nahi denge. abhi proparty mere sasur ke naam par hai. kya mai us property par claim kar sakati hun.

Dear siya u can ask divorce on the ground of cruelty from husband. First file complaint against him with women cell of police. U can also ask huge amount as alimony from husband with divorce. For proper discussion call me on 8446247807
