Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I have small doubt. My husband is having one brother.

They got some propery from their forefathers. After that my brother in law purchased some. but everything is on his mother name. Now when destribution comes my mother in law is saying everything belongs to his elder son. My husband is younger one. And we wont get any share.

My husband is not that active in this. I mean he wont fight with his mom eventhough he knows the truth.

What shall I do now?
