Legal Question in Family Law in

as a son for my father what are the limits i can ask him to get ..till what extent can i ask my father in terms of material like house ,car ,money etc...because my father acts as a name sake father ..and what ever i ask him he tell me not to ask him , and he yells at me to listen what ever he say's ..so as a son what are my right towards my father ..plz reply as soon as possible ...

as of right, you can ask in case you living in ancestral house and in case it is earned by your father, you are not entitled for anything and whatever you are getting is out of affection, in case you are above eighteen.

facts are insufficient, however you can ask share in ancestral property but not in his self acquired property.

Dear gentleman:

Mere fact that you are a son, you have no legal right and your father can distribute his self acquired properties according to his desire during his life time and after his life time he may declare a WILL even excluding you. However, if there is any ancestral property you have a share in that.

It is better to thing in terms of responsibilities towards parents before expecting any right or its execution. You owe him a duty. You must think, first, in terms of complying with your duties. righs will follow duties.
