Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

i want to get my son (who is illegally adopted.we didn't go through legal papers to adopt him. we registered him as our son) from my abusive husband. we are now separated. my husband is an addict, alcoholic, wife-beater, and as of now has no job. I left our house because he and her mistress was too aggressive, i wasn't able to handle it anymore. I gave my son to him after a few months because my maid left but since he had trouble with the police in our place, he ran with my son and until now i don't know their address. he would show up to me to ask for money and that's the only time i can see my son. I don't where they live. He has lived with his mistress with my son and taught him to lie to me. and now, he has impregnated his maid that made his mistress left him. I don't what to do. my son needs to be taken from him. he adopted another baby again and plans to make me the mother in papers again. how can i get my son and the baby girl from him?

You committed simulation of birth when you registered the child as your son. This is a criminal offense. Ask assistance from the DSWD.
