My son in law is not taking my daughter to his house , nor paying any maintenance for 1 yr old girl We tried reconciliation thru relatives but nothing happened We have not taken any legal action . Now my daughter want divorce and want to handover child to her husband . My husband expired one year back and 3 of us are leaving with my only son who is married My financial condition ok my daughter graduate but not working Plz suggest legal remedy

Dear client yr daughter can claim monthly maintenance for her and her child by filling case under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. If she want to save marriage then she can file case for restitution of conjugal rights. If she want divorce then she can file on any of ground like cruelty adultery. For any legal help call me
