Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have a son of 6 months.my husband is torturing me to go out of the house and he is telling am not waste no profit from me.what to do.he always say that ones my son stops taking milk he will throw me out.i told I will lodge a complaint then he is telling I will beat you now show that as an evidence to then and lodge the complaint.nothing will happen if you do that to me.he always says that.what should I do now?

File DV and 498A against mental cruelty. Otherwise he will continue to threaten.

You are a female spouse and thus several legal remedies in favour of you, therefore, you should proceed lawfully.

There are several legal remedies. but i will suggest you go for Domestic Violence case, while doing so you will not only live in the same house but also save yourself from such type of torture and get maintenance also.
