Legal Question in Family Law in India

My son is wayward in his behavior. He is now married with a child.

We have been supporting him financially for many years ( his age is 35 years now ).

He has not been putting effort in his business leading to losses in many businesses which I repaid to bail him out in the past.

Right now he is closing his latest business and to pay for his liabilities he has taken gold loan on his wife's gold. During this period he has asked his wife and his son to stay with us ( we live in different cities ).

2 days back, for no apparent reason his wife created ruckus and left for her parents house without our approval or permission.

They both have expressed desire to own a house though they have no source of income.

In effect I think they both intend to usurp my house. This is easily possible as my son has behaved with me violently in the past and I am again worried same may be repeated to force me to give them my house and the shop which he was using for his own business.

with his wife leaving after the ruckus I am concerned that she may file a false case of dowry or torture or any other pretext to create trouble for me and thereby force me to abandon or transfer my house and shop to them.

I need advice on the following

1) How do I make sure that I have cover to prevent any legal action against me due to any false charges by my Daughter in law ( my son will align with her in such a scenario )

2) How do I make sure I am not physically abused by my son once he's back after settling his debts.

3) How do I ensure I am not forced into transferring/selling my property

4) How do I ensure I am not forced to repay his debts ( that I have been doing for last many years )

Just for additional information I live with my wife. I have 2 daughters who are married and both stay in a far away city ( hence may not be able to come to my rescue on a short notice )
