I have spent 10 years of marriage with my husband and i have a 9 yr old son and 6 yr old daughter..During this phase, he has not been keeping me in his house, rather sending me over to my parents, and naturally not completely fulfilling our needs.His mental situation doesn't seem appropriate, as he seems to be hallucinating, and seeing people who don't exist.He is not paying any expenses currently, like the fees of schools etc...
1). How can i prove he is mentally unfit?
2).If he files for Restitution of Conjugal rights, what might happen?
3).Will i be forced to take seperation in this case?
4).Will he get the rights to meet the kids, as i feel my kids are not safe with him?
5)>Who will get the kids custody?
