Sri,i want know that i am a 29 years old married hindu man i did love marriage after that my parents dont hv any relation with me i hv a home that is build on my grandparents land.can i ask my share in that i hv an elder brother also who is not saying in anyones favour my parents sayimg they will not giveme anything.here i want say 4 years before they sold our grandparents another land and they invested half money in this current home in which all living and half money they kept another thing that we have few lands my father sold all those and he bought with that money a land near our grandparents 2500 sq feet plot and increses that to 10000 sq feet andhe given all that land to my mother on paper now my mother saying she bought that land with her money here i want say my mother is an housewife and dont hv source of income i want know can i legally claim in that land and home or not.i want know i living condition of my parents i can legally claim or not ?

At first try to settle the matter with the help of elders in your family, if not works.

Then engage an Advocate who is highly experienced in Civil Matters.

Issue a layer notice to your father reciting the details of his ancestral properties(including the sold items), and calling up on him for a partition, with in 30 days of receipt of your notice. If no reply or reply to your satisfaction is found. File a suit before the appropriate court for partition, I am sure you will get your property share. Do not harass your parents too much. Try to settle the matter with the help fo Relatives or Advocate. (Fix up his fees before settlement.). So take care and good luck.
