Legal Question in Family Law in India
is it stamp paper is valid as divorce signed by partners.and registar. Even they both doesnt live under same house at the time of marriage and till.and both doesnt had any physical relation .

Dear client only court has power to grant divorce. Stamp paper divorce is not valid. If u both r ready for divorce then u can file mutual divorce and will get divorce in six months. It is easiest way to get divorce. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
