Legal Question in Family Law in India
I don't want to stay at my home and want to move out. I am 28 working, my parents are also working. Recently I had a breakup since my parents didn't agree. I want to spent some time away from them, but my mother threatens to file case against me. She has done that before when I was in relation. Should I take any legal precautions so that she dont call the cops and I can relocate to different state? I am lying that I am going for a few days and leaving. But I don''t plan to return for some time. Please help.

U ARE AN ADULT AND LEGALLY ENTITLED TO STAY WHERE EVER YOU WANT.YOUR PARENTS CANNOT STOP YOU FROM MOVING OUT NEITHER CAN THE POLICE. THEY CAN DISINHERIT YOU FROM THEIR SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY.
