Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have been staying at my house for the last 8 months . I had a quarrel with the in laws my husband supported them but he came to see me and our child . He agreed to take us with him after 2years when his unit changes for ladak . But he dosen't stays with us now. Is there any risk of any case ? I can't go back to there house I am affraid . Is he pretending to me . Can he go for a fake case to grab hold of our child after 1 year

what is the issue involved?? your husband wants to keep you away from his parents for fear of any unwanted repurcssion of case you may file. Sort out he issue with him. for further query contact 9312411481.
