I am staying apart from my husband from april 2007 along with my son of 14 yrs and daughter of 8 yrs..court has passed maintenance of 8000rs. Per month for all three of us but my husband does not pays and have filed appeal against it
What should i do have my children rights in his property i am very poor and unable to take care of all financial liabilities.

Dear client file recovery petition in court get the maintenance not paid by husband. Court will issue warrant against him and he will have to pay maintenance to avoid arrest. If yr husband has ancestral property then u can ask share fir childs. Fir any help call me on 9422611385
