Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am staying away from my husband as i am facing harassment from him and in laws, and i planning to file a case on them meanwhile i came to know that they applied divorce in court and wants to serve notice from now can i proceed with my complaint or shall i wait for their notice to come

dear client immediately file police complaint under sec 498 a against husband and his family before receiving divorce notice for dowry harassment. also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. if u make delay in filing 498 a complaint then they will take stand in court that u have file this complaint because they file divorce. for any legal help call me
