Hello I am staying at my parents house from last one n a half year.my husband walked out on me after a physical abuse on my father n me.we have a 8yr old son and 6yr old daughter my father supports us.my husband gives a minimum maintenance only on his convenience not every month.i am now thinking to file for one sided divorce n full custody n no alimony.plz advice me sir .
