Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have being staying separated for 7 yes. Divorce is pending unable to picknow up a job abroad as am unable to provide NOC from father.Am I stuck with my child in India only because I am unable to provide noc or divorce decree. Right now custody and visitation is being addressed

Query not clear. Affidavit on Annexure C is required by either parent,

who are separated but not formally divorced.
