i am staying alone for last 10years , due to son education . my husband got secret marrige without tellimg me and still he is staying with him . my both children are with me in gurgoan and he lives in chandigarh in lady flat . its mt mentally tortoure for last 15 yrs . i am not working . my mother inlaw is the master mind to play this all . we had love marriage without parents in 1986.. i feel insulted and disresprect in that house . . i am fed yp now . i to have divorse from him . can i apply from gurgoan my own . pls guide me sir

dear client if u have valid proof of second marriage of yr husband then u can file case of bigamy against him and he will get punishment up to seven years jail. u can also ask divorce on the ground of bigamy. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
