Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I sui on my wife to live with me but about 10 months no progress made how much time its taken

Also I have not seen my daughter about 10 month because they could not show me or permission to meet him

It's too long. And for meeting with minor you must file case of visitation in guardian court
