Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
A Sunni Muslim mother dies leaving behind one son and two daughters of a predeceased son(grand daughters)..What will be their shares in the inheritance of the propositus under Pakistani Law ie section 4 of MFLO,1961. Thank You.

it will be 4 shares
2 to son
remaiming 2 to both daughters
grand dughter will be excluded

According to Hanafi School of thought. Son will get the whole and nothing will left for the daughters.
