my surname is Patel my Ques is i got first marriage in July 2010 and Divorce mutual understanding 100 stamp in Oct 2010 mins divorce and then my second marriage July 2012 but i have to apply divorce decree in court after second marriage so my second marriage is valid ya not valid

your second marriage is void as you did not get valid divorce from court.
First get legal divorce from court and then remarry your second husband.
