surving memeber certificate--- after the death,6 members are left in the family.do each member require to make this certificateif . can survivg member certificate is issued in one or all members name?

the certificate can be issued in favour of one legal heir in case the other legal heirs either relinquish their share or authorize one person to act on behalf of all of them.
