Legal Question in Family Law in India
Am Surya. I was married to my husband in 2011. Immediately after my marriage, I found he cannot perform sexually. He became a psyche and harrased me. I filed a divorce case stating his impotency. But my husband claims that he is alright now and I cannot prove his impotency. He is even ready to take a medical test order given by court. How ever medical professionals say that the test report will not be showing normal report instead the statement will be in double negative format with which the advocate can argue in favour of me. Is that true. Or is there any other way for me to proceed.
