Legal Question in Family Law in India

My name is swati bhsnushali. I m living at murbad. My marriage past 14ty yrs. I hv 2sons I hv launged 498(A) in 2014.when my case is started in murbad court. My husband told me'to stop this case 'I will give you what you want'. My family and my lawyer also told me that to give him one chance. I closed my case bcoze my childs in 24th November 2016.he is giving 12000for 2 months but now he is started doing same things before he was doing. He is not giving me money as well as physical & mental satisfaction. Now he want divorced from me. He is not living with me. I wnt my sons as well as their maintenance. Now I want to stand my own foot. If i done job it will affect on my alimony or not. I dont i hv any documentation to prove his financial status. How i get my maintenance from him. Plz give me right decisions for right pathway plz plz plz
