Legal Question in Family Law in India
I talked to a lawyer and he was saying there are three hearings for obtaining restraint order and after first hearing, notice is sent to the other party in which they are called for the second hearing in the court and in third hearing, the judge draws a decision.
Is there any simple procedure for obtaining a restraint order?
Could the restraint order be obtained without sending notice to the the other party after 1st hearing?
