Legal Question in Family Law in Bangladesh

Hi,

I�m talking about my brother who is leaving separate from his wife since 5 years but not divorced. They have been married since 8 years and have a son of 6 years. She is living in a separate house (not even with her parents). Now his wife does not allow him to see his son. Can she do this? What my brother can do now? He is getting depressed and sick because he is missing his son. Both of them live in different city in Bangladesh.
