After talking mutual divorce from first husband, now i am married with a man legally. My 6 years old son is with my first husband where he is ill-treated because first husband also got married. Can I get custody and maintenance of my minor son?

This is the mistake committed by now. Why didn't you do it at that time? Anyway, yes you can file a petition for custody under guardian and wards act. You can also file for maintenance u/s 125 CrPC on behalf of minor child. For custody you have to prove that welfare of child lays in residing with you.
