Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am from telangana, my wife attempted suicide. Her family member filed case against me and my family members (Father, Mother, 3 sisters) and additional to that they have taken my bike, gold which is not belonged to them. More over they have taken my only son who is of 4 years. I was in jail for one month. Now am back. Can I file a case against my my wife's father and his family and to get back for my son, bike etc.. Please give me some suggestions.

for getting the custody of son, you need to file a petition for custody and file an application for visitation rights. in case the bike the registered in your name, you may lodge a police complaint.
