Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got a ambiguous situation here. I got married 3 yrs back. My first year of marriage was hell. My mother in law and father in law are very money minded. I was a software engineer. My husband had a unmarried sister. She has a boy frnd and she went to USA with him to do ms. My husband use to credit his entire salary to his father account ever since I got married that is I got married around 27 and they asked my salary on 30th. I said no as every girl I also had dreams enjoy my honey moon period with my hubbie. Here there problem is my husband does not wanted the same. I felt devastated and lonely. Since this gap was there between us.

One fine night all 3 shouted at me and in mid night they dropped me to my mothers place and next day morning I credit the money I saved from them. That night I was a angel to my husband.

My first pregnancy got aborted and they says I am a ill person. I am a banj.

By the end of first year ... When I was going thru a website by mistake by husband Facebook account got opened and I came to know that he is such a dog having physical relation with 5-6 girls before me.... I said I will file case and my in laws vanished over night.... My husband started drama and begged me to come back... I did go back as I never wanted my life to be a divorced and alone. I searched for a true person inside him and I believed him... We started separate family...

He looked for a job in another city ..... I resigned and moved along with him as I was scared he will get involved with other girl... I got pregnant and this time I was blessed with baby boy.... During my pregnancy his sister got married and left to USA.... And then she got pregnancy and it also turned to be obortion because of same reason... My husband family has all types of deceases... Bp sugar thyroid artirities etc.. That cud be the reason for abortion.... I supported her telling it's fine u will also have a boy next time.... Thought his family left me alone in hospital.... All this happened in 2nd and 3rd years...... Suddenly last month my husband went to USA to his sister place for a house warming and ever since he came back his parents cme back to picture and my husband is telling he will take my son to them which I said no.... He is actually threatening me... Last night he broke cups and glasses to scare one of the peaces got hit to my leg...... I m scared wage can I do now I don't want to loose control on my son.... If my husband hits me what can I do..... Please suggest.
