Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi there

I had seeked divorce in may 2013 from my husband. I filed 498a and 406 in 2011. Now i want to get settled and close my cases. But our lawyer says that we cannot close our cases. The cases are lying as it is , I have not appeared in court not a single time. I have got married and now I want to close all cases as 498 a , 406 and Mantainance.

Kindly suggest !!! I have also not taken alimony , now i can claim or not ????

lawyer:it is right.but you have conversion/change of your our lawyer mind.sometime court give order mediation through lok adalat/mediation court.
