at the time of marriage no conditions was added in nikah nama , butt after one year my in laws included a condition on stamp papers relating to nikahnama that I shall pay rupees 6 lacs to my wife in case I divorce her. Can such condition be added in nikah nama after one year of marriage .

condition can be made afterwards if agreed between the parties. If you are not agreed with that condition, you must file a suit for cancellation of that Stamp Paper.

yes if the same is with your consent
and if not it is then you can challenge that document by filling a suit.
