How much time it takes for rcr decision as my husband had recd the notice after one year and will he be able to get divorce if I don't want divorce.

dear client r c r will decide within six months to one year. if yr husband file divorce and u oppose it then court will decide it on merit. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

after receiving notice court will decide your case within 3 months. After decision of RCR, your husband can get divorce after 2-3 years depends upon your location.
