Today I have very upset. My husband got bail u/s 498 against his bail he has given me Rs.1,50,000/- and retunred my dowry Articles. But I am not satified with this Judgement. My Dowry articles which he has returned not in good condition and he has not retruned my single Istridhan Jewellery. I opposed his bail and refused to take his offered but Judge did not listen me and grand his bail. I have all evidence that how much he harrassed me and I have not taken any Jewellery when I left the my matrimonial home. Under the pressure of circunstance and forcefully I accepted DD. But I want to apply appeal in Hight Court becasue money is not fullfilled my wound. Can I approach High Court..

No you cannot. coz in bail matters, bail may be cancellad but on different grounds.

Further once it is prove in the court that you got your dowry articles then you have to prove your case before lower court only.If he really harass you then you may harass him through other cases. Consult any local lawyer he will guide you thoroughly.
